TAF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GID8, MTG2, and PIGU. Each is linked with TAF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF4 versus GID8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
