TAF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM14B, YTHDF1, and DIDO1. Each is linked with TAF4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF4 versus LSM14B in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
