Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,924 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Positive regulation of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with TAF3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF3-to-partner and partner-to-TAF3 results are reported.
