TAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 893 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMU1, PPP4R3A, and CNOT6. Each is linked with TAF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF3-to-partner and partner-to-TAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMU1 grouped by TAF3-low versus TAF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
