Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAF13P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TAF13P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TAF13P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAF13P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and BRCA show a favorable association.
OV, SKCM, and THCA are the cancer types where TAF13P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
