TAF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, OBSL1, and FAT1. Each is linked with TAF13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF13-to-partner and partner-to-TAF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
