Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,560 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Myoblast migration involved in skeletal muscle regeneration, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with TAF13 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF13-to-partner and partner-to-TAF13 results are reported.
