TAF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, IGHV3OR16-8, and BNIP3P4. Each is linked with TAF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF12-to-partner and partner-to-TAF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by TAF12-low versus TAF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
