TAF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,719 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, TBCC, and DAXX. Each is linked with TAF11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF11-to-partner and partner-to-TAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF11 versus XPO5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
