TAF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,656 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A18, ABCC3, and SH3RF2. Each is linked with TAF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF11-to-partner and partner-to-TAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF11 versus SLC22A18 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
