TAF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1273H, IGHD6-25, and MIR3651. Each is linked with TAF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF11-to-partner and partner-to-TAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1273H grouped by TAF11-low versus TAF11-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
