TAF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,391 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with TAF11 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF11-to-partner and partner-to-TAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization grouped by TAF11-low versus TAF11-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
