TADA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,688 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD28, TXNDC11, and VGLL4. Each is linked with TADA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA3-to-partner and partner-to-TADA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA3 versus ANKRD28 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
