TADA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD18, CNOT10, and DCP1A. Each is linked with TADA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA3-to-partner and partner-to-TADA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA3 versus RAD18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
