TADA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, GAPDH, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with TADA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA3-to-partner and partner-to-TADA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by TADA3-low versus TADA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
