Across TCGA cell cohorts, TADA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,257 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Biotin metabolic process, Estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of synapse structural plasticity. Each is linked with TADA3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA3-to-partner and partner-to-TADA3 results are reported.
