Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,991 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPWD1, RBM25, and GTPBP10. Each is linked with TADA2A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TADA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA2A versus PPWD1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
