TADA2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, NCAPG, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with TADA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TADA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA2A versus EZH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
