TADA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIPRL, PRCC, and ANP32E. Each is linked with TADA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA1-to-partner and partner-to-TADA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA1 versus TIPRL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
