Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TADA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCHL5, EXOSC2, and BRIP1. Each is linked with TADA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA1-to-partner and partner-to-TADA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA1 versus UCHL5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
