TADA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-40P, MIR615, and IMMP1L. Each is linked with TADA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA1-to-partner and partner-to-TADA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-40P grouped by TADA1-low versus TADA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
