Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACSTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,942 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACSTD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Positive regulation of iron ion transport, and Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TACSTD2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TACSTD2 results are reported.
