TACR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACTB, C5orf22, and RPF2P2. Each is linked with TACR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR3-to-partner and partner-to-TACR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACTB grouped by TACR3-low versus TACR3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
