TACR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST1, LRBA, and BAZ1A. Each is linked with TACR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR3-to-partner and partner-to-TACR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAST1 grouped by TACR3-low versus TACR3-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
