TACR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACR3 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT inhibitor VIII, MetAP2 Inhibitor, and Kobe2602. Each is linked with TACR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR3-to-partner and partner-to-TACR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKT inhibitor VIII grouped by TACR3-low versus TACR3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
