TACR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP2, GSTM2, and RO60. Each is linked with TACR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR2-to-partner and partner-to-TACR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACR2 versus CAP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
