Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TACR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN1, RANGRF, and RTN4. Each is linked with TACR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR2-to-partner and partner-to-TACR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACR2 versus RLN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
