TACR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, GATA3, and GATA6. Each is linked with TACR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR2-to-partner and partner-to-TACR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by TACR2-low versus TACR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
