Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,543 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Operant conditioning, Positive regulation of macroautophagy, and Protein localization to endosome. Each is linked with TACR2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR2-to-partner and partner-to-TACR2 results are reported.
