Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TACO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC47, PTRH2, and AMZ2. Each is linked with TACO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACO1-to-partner and partner-to-TACO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACO1 versus CCDC47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
