TACO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,919 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC5, METTL2A, and MRPS23. Each is linked with TACO1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACO1-to-partner and partner-to-TACO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACO1 versus PSMC5 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
