Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO1, GIMAP1, and PARP15. Each is linked with TACC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC1-to-partner and partner-to-TACC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACC1 versus ELMO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
