Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,347 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleus localization, Astral microtubule organization, and Regulation of macrophage fusion. Each is linked with TACC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC1-to-partner and partner-to-TACC1 results are reported.
