TAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAB39L, CAVIN2, and COLGALT1. Each is linked with TAC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC1-to-partner and partner-to-TAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAC1 versus CAB39L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
