Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A10, PRODH, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with TAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC1-to-partner and partner-to-TAC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAC1 versus SLC22A10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
