Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,826 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL4B, ELK4, and USP24. Each is linked with TAB3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB3-to-partner and partner-to-TAB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB3 versus CUL4B in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
