TAB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,177 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, SSB, and ADNP. Each is linked with TAB3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB3-to-partner and partner-to-TAB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB3 versus CTPS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
