Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STC2, CRYM, and CEMIP. Each is linked with TAB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB3-to-partner and partner-to-TAB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB3 versus STC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
