Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2K, eEF2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TAB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB3-to-partner and partner-to-TAB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2K grouped by TAB3-low versus TAB3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
