Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1, BTNL2, and C18orf63. Each is linked with TAB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB3-to-partner and partner-to-TAB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by TAB3-low versus TAB3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
