Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, GNB4, and PPIL4. Each is linked with TAB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB2-to-partner and partner-to-TAB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB2 versus DSE in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
