TAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB2-to-partner and partner-to-TAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by TAB2-low versus TAB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
