TAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,347 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTA1, MTRF1L, and KATNA1. Each is linked with TAB2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB2-to-partner and partner-to-TAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB2 versus VTA1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
