TAB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,663 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAB2, TIMP3, and FAM120B. Each is linked with TAB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAB1 versus TAB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
