TAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and PCNA. Each is linked with TAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TAB1-low versus TAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
