TAAR9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tanespimycin, JAK1_8709, and TAF1_5496. Each is linked with TAAR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR9-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tanespimycin grouped by TAAR9-low versus TAAR9-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
