TAAR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, ADAMTS19, and ARAP2. Each is linked with TAAR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR6-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf87 grouped by TAAR6-low versus TAAR6-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
