Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAAR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TAAR2 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TAAR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAAR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where TAAR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
