TAAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4P8, H3C8, and RNU6-365P. Each is linked with TAAR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR2-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4P8 grouped by TAAR2-low versus TAAR2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
