TAAR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTF2, PHLDB2, and USP53. Each is linked with TAAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR2-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTF2 grouped by TAAR2-low versus TAAR2-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
